Cancellation Policy

Sessions are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel or reschedule a session, it's your responsibility to notify us at least 48 hours before the session is due take place. If you give a 48 hours notice it may be possible to offer you an alternative slot instead. This depends on availability and is not guaranteed.
